Until yesterday (25th May 2010)when sporadic E opened up the band and the tone went up to a S9 with some QSB. My QTH is in locator JO89vr. Just a comment, i haven't made an intensive research to see if its other places, but its remarkable that its the exact same tone found every 30khz.
